Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. Set aside @panko breadcrumbs{½%cup}, @tempura batter mix{¼%cup}, and @sweet thai chili sauce{2%tbsp}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @coleslaw mix{2%cups}, @cilantro{¼%cup}, @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @rice wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, @sugar{1%tsp}, and as much @sriracha{1%tsp} as you like. Season with @salt{¼%tsp} and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Set aside.

Rinse @shrimp{12%oz} under cold water and pat very dry with paper towels. Season with half the @fry seasoning{1%tsp}, salt, and pepper.

Spray #air fryer{} basket with @cooking spray{1%spray}. Place shrimp in basket in a single layer. Air-fry until crisped and cooked through, flipping and spraying basket again halfway through, ~{7%minutes}. Do not overcrowd the air fryer; work in batches if necessary.

While shrimp cooks, wrap @flour tortillas{4%tortillas} in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, ~{30%seconds}.
